In celebration of Shara Hughes: Inside Outside, the Norton is teaming up with Audubon Everglades for a unique outdoor experience, led by Autumn Kioti, combining birding, nature observation, and field sketching. Whether you're picking up a pencil for the first time or you're a seasoned sketcher looking to refine your craft, this all-levels program invites you to slow down, observe, and connect with the natural world through art.

In honor of That’s Entertainment: Japanese Prints and the Art of Leisure, the Norton is offering a block print workshop that is a modern twist on an ancient art form. Participants can carve and print with linoleum blocks to create unique and exciting imagery. Instructor Brian Reedy has been teaching this method for over 20 years and offers an approach that is easily accessible for beginners yet challenging for seasoned artists.
Cost: $60 per person/Members $30
Space is limited; online registration required. Walk-ins welcome if tickets remain on the day of the program. Registration opens one month in advance.
