Cello virtuoso Carlos Vidal joins Piano Duo Gastesi-Bezerra in a program that explores the interconnections among Spain, France, and the United States through the career of Joaquín Sorolla y Bastida. The program includes works by Fauré, Piazzolla, and Kodály as well as two world premieres specially written for the performers by American composer Justin Rubin and Spanish composer Beatriz Arzamendi.
