How can exploring portraits from the past help us examine our world today and help us critically think about the future? Join the Norton Museum of Art for a teacher workshop inspired by the special exhibition Art and Life in Rembrandt's Time. Workshop participants will get a chance to view the exhibition and participate in a hands-on workshop with artist Jas Knight, a contemporary figurative painter whose work is informed by earlier masters.
District of Palm Beach County teachers may receive in-service points for attending this workshop.
This is a FREE program.
Space is limited; online registration required. Walk-ins welcome if tickets remain on the day of the program. Registration opens one month in advance.
